Open the type you need from Find Care (for example Doctors or Pharmacies), choose a specialty or category and your town, then tap Search. On the results page you can refine further with the filter sidebar.
Open the listing and use the phone, WhatsApp or booking options shown there. Appointments, fees and availability are arranged directly between you and the provider.
Listings are created and updated by the providers themselves. We encourage them to keep their details current, but please confirm opening hours, prices and availability with the provider before you travel.
Go to Pharmacies, choose “On-duty Pharmacy” in the search and select your town. Pharmacies show their on-duty days on their listing, so call ahead to confirm before you go.
Yes. The Health Shop has products from pharmacies and equipment suppliers. Add items to your cart and check out; payment is currently cash on delivery. Prescription medicines are not sold online, so ask about them at the pharmacy counter.
Each product is sold by the shop shown on it (“Store: …”). Contact that shop through its store page. Delivery, returns and refunds are handled by the seller.
Yes. Open a listing and use the review section to rate your experience and leave a comment. Honest reviews help others choose the right care.
No. The directory helps you find and contact providers; it does not give medical advice. In an emergency, go straight to the nearest hospital emergency unit.
Create an account, click “Add a Listing” and choose your type: Doctor, Hospital / Clinic, Pharmacy, Laboratory, Health Insurance, Medical Equipment or Counselling. Fill in your details, add photos and your location, then submit.
Log in and open My Account. From your dashboard you can edit your listing’s details, photos and opening hours, or remove the listing.
Register as a seller to open your own shop. From your store dashboard you can add products with prices and photos, and manage the orders you receive.
